2. Services
We provide construction takeoff, cost estimating, project scheduling, shop drawings, and BIM modeling based on the drawings and scope of work you provide.
Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost based on available information and are not a guarantee of final project cost.
3. Quotations and Payment
A detailed quotation is provided before work begins. Fees are due according to the terms stated in your quotation or service agreement. The dedicated monthly estimator plan is billed monthly at the rate stated at the time of engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible project documents. We are not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied to us.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables prepared for you become your property upon full payment. Our internal templates, databases, and methodologies remain our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific deliverable in question.
